ON
6 OCTOBER

at 10am local time

From the first sunrise in the East to the last sunset in the West, our goal is to unite people from every corner of the globe in a shared celebration of unity.

Join us in the most accessible and inclusive 24-hour relay event around the world!

On the first Sunday of October, people from every corner of the globe will unite to celebrate movement

and unity by sharing their moments of action as they pass the baton from east to west, crossing all time zones.

Mark your calendar for 6 October 2024, starting at 10 am local time!

Choose any physical activity you love—walk, run, cycle, paddle, or more—to represent your community

and connect with participants worldwide. The event engages participants in physical activity and sport,

raises awareness about the benefits of being active, and promotes diverse ways to stay healthy.

It fosters transnational solidarity, mutual understanding, and respect, connecting people globally in a

powerful demonstration of unity. Pass the baton while promoting a cause you care about.

Stand for gender equity, advocate for more play and physical activity, protect traditional sports,

or spread messages of peace and solidarity. Your baton, your cause!

Everyone is invited to participate - individuals and organizations alike.

On event day, get active and record a video of yourself or your group (whether it's two, four, ten, or more people!)

participating in any physical activity you prefer. Share your video on social media and connect

with TAFISA friends across every time zone in the world.

Join us and make every step count!

Cycling through Cairo with my friends and seeing our video shared globally was amazing. It truly felt like we were part of something much bigger.

I organized a small group of runners in my city. We dedicated our run to environmental awareness, and it was inspiring to see others across the world doing the same.

Our football team decided to join the event. It was fantastic to combine our love for the sport with the chance to connect with others worldwide.
